Below is a copy of the original text announcing our Find Your Focus challenge. Have a look so you know what to expect with future Saent challenges around themes like focus, time-boxing, work-life balance, and the four-day workweek.

------------

Cal Newport, the author who coined the term "deep work," calls distraction-free concentration the "key currency" of knowledge workers. He wrote this back in 2016, and most of us are still struggling to find focus and get our deep work done nearly six years later.

Our Find Your Focus ebook is temporarily available for free to help find your focus in the new year (request your invite below 👇️). We're also launching a free, ten-day challenge in January to accompany the ten short chapters of the book. During that program, we'll explore the practices of the book together and build a lasting habit of ultimate concentration.

The Find Your Focus eBook

Find Your Focus leads you to a higher return on attention through ten short chapters of two pages each. You'll learn how to destroy distractions, single-task, prioritize, and recharge through tips you can apply to your daily workflow immediately, without much effort.

The Find Your Focus Challenge

The challenge complements each step of the eBook—one day for each chapter. It starts on Monday, January 10th, and includes:

  • 🎬️ Short, daily video lessons, in which I further explore and explain each step and daily exercise of Find Your Focus.
  • 🧢 A daily motivational message to keep you on track.
  • 🤜 Accountability and support from the Saent community—me and others taking the challenge together with you.

By the end, you'll have a lasting habit of focus, along with a network of peers and supporters.

To join the challenge, head over to community.saent.com, use your email to register as a member, and join the Find Your Focus space from the left menu.
